  • Tickets for this event are sold after confirming the name and contact information of the purchaser or person eligible to attend, and are "specific event admission tickets (specific tickets)" that are subject to the "Ticket Resale Prohibition Act." Ticket Notice

  • Children's tickets are for elementary and junior high school students. High school students and above must purchase adult tickets.
  • One preschool child may enter free of charge per adult. However, as the child will be seated on an adult's lap, if a seat is required, a separate ticket must be purchased.
  • Please be sure to watch the game from the seat (seat number) you purchased.
  • You will be allowed to enter the stadium by scanning the QR ticket at the gate terminal. Please
    display the QR ticket on your smartphone, or print it out in advance at home and bring it with you.
  • Views from the front seats may be obstructed by benches and signs. Also, people may be standing on the side of the pitch, which may obstruct your view during the match or warm-up. Please note that the extent of your view may differ depending on your seat position. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Parking tickets will not be sold. Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
  • If tickets are sold out in advance, there will no tickets available on the tournament day.
  • We may sell additional tickets for the event in the future. Even if the planned number of tickets for sale has been sold out, we may resell the tickets or sell additional tickets for areas not listed for sale. Even in this case, please note that once your application has been completed, you will not be able to change or cancel your purchased ticket.
  • Please note that seats from row 19 onwards on the first floor and on the second floor are covered by a roof; however, there is still a chance that you may get wet depending on the rain or wind direction.
  • There are no discounts for rainy day transfer services, people with disabilities, Wednesday seats, senior discounts, student discounts, half-time discounts, etc.
  • Depending on your seat position, it may be difficult to see some parts of the pitch.
  • For details, please check the terms of use, precautions, and spectator etiquette of each site.
  • If you do not follow these precautions, you may be asked to leave the stadium. In such cases, refunds will not be given.

Pitch side seats

  • Seat selection is not possible. Seat numbers will be automatically assigned from the center.
  • Preschool children cannot be seated on a lap or held in your arms when watching the game. Please make sure to purchase one seat per person.
  • Please be sure to check the other spectator precautions in advance before purchasing your ticket.

＜How to enter＞

  • Entry to the stadium is via the East Gate.
  • Admission to pitch level will open one hour before kickoff. Please follow the instructions of the staff and enter via 19 steps near N12 inside the stadium.
  • Detailed information will be sent to the email address registered to your J.League ID in early July. If you have registered an email address for your mobile carrier, you may not receive some emails. Please register an email address where you can receive emails.

＜Notes when watching＞

  • Your view may be obstructed by LED advertising signs, etc. Also, the area that can be seen varies depending on your height, so please be aware of this when purchasing tickets if you will be attending as a child or other short person.
  • There may be some noise from the equipment.
  • Due to the nature of the seats, there is a possibility that the ball may fly towards you. When seated in the pitch seat, please keep your eyes on the ball and pay close attention to where it is heading.
  • Standing while cheering during the match is prohibited as it will disturb spectators in the front row of the back stand.
  • Please refrain from eating or drinking at pitch level (but you may bring water).
  • Cheering by waving flags, using drums or other musical instruments, and bringing in cheering equipment are prohibited.
  • Please refrain from entering the venue wearing pointed footwear such as spikes, high heels, or leather shoes.
  • The event will be held even if it rains, but please bring rain gear such as a poncho as umbrellas are not permitted.
  • Please remain in your seat during the match and refrain from moving around as much as possible.
  • Please note that bringing in telephoto cameras (lens tips over 100mm) and monopods/tripods is strictly prohibited as it may cause inconvenience to the front row of the back stand and other customers. In addition, taking pictures using flash is strictly prohibited as it may interfere with the play and progress of the game.
  • If you do not follow these precautions, you may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, refunds will not be given.

Wheelchair ticket sales

＜How to purchase＞

  • Tickets will be sold on first-come basis via the J.League ticket site.
  • To use this service, you will need to register as a J.League ID member (free of charge).
  • There is a maximum limit of 12 sheets (Counter Seat 2, Counter Seat 4, and Pair Seat must be applied for in sets).
  • One ticket allows admission for two people (one wheelchair user and one caregiver).
  • We cannot accept reservations by email. Please purchase tickets through J.League Tickets.

＜Payment and ticket issuing methods＞

  • Payment can be made by d-payment, Rakuten Pay, or credit card (convenience store payments are not available).
  • The only method of issuing tickets is "QR ticket issuing." Paper tickets will not be issued.
  • System usage fee: 110 yen (tax included/ticket) will be charged in addition to the ticket price.
  • Wheelchair parking tickets are only available as paper tickets. Ticket issuing fee: 165 yen (tax included/ticket) and system usage fee: 220 yen (tax included/ticket) will be charged in addition to the parking ticket price.

＜Notes＞

  • Companions cannot enter alone. They must come with the person in question.
  • If there are other people who wish to watch the game with you, please purchase seats nearby by yourself.
  • The parking lot is available from 2 hours before the gates open until 1 hour after the end of the game.
  • When using the wheelchair parking lot, we may ask you to show your disability certificate at the entrance.

English-language tickets will also be available for sale. Details will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.

Official Resale Information

If after purchasing a ticket you are unable to use it due to an emergency or illness, please use the official J.League ticket secondary distribution "Official Resale" (some tickets, such as tickets with merchandise or special tickets, are not eligible for resale). https://www.jleague-ticket.jp/guide/resale

We will inform you of the official resale start date as soon as it is confirmed.

[Seller]

  1. Select "Ticket List" from the J.League Ticket menu
  2. Select "Ticket List" and then select the match you want to resell.
  3. After registering your payment account information, listing is complete.
  • When the resale is completed, you will receive a transaction email.
  • If the resale is not successful, the ticket will be returned automatically.
  • Once the listing is complete, the ticket being resold will be displayed as "Resale Listing."
  • The funds will be transferred to your registered account approximately two weeks after the end of the resold match.
  • Even if you put up a ticket for resale, it is not guaranteed that the ticket will be sold. It will only be sold if there is someone who wants to purchase the ticket. Please note that this is not a cancellation.
  • Resale listing fees and resale remittance administration fees will be charged.

  1. Select the match you want to watch from the J.League Ticket "Match List"
  2. After selecting the game you want to play, select "Resale" from the list of seat types.
  3. Select "Seat Type" from the list of resale seat types
  4. After selecting the ticket you want, your purchase is complete.
  • If you have a reserved seat, please check the seat number.
  • A resale purchase fee (220 yen/seat) will be charged separately.

Refunds when a match is cancelled

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or other circumstances including, but not limited to, force majeure, safety and security issues or decisions of any authority or competent authority, the kick-off time of a Match or other details governed by the Ticket may be subject to change.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded in the following cases:
    • If the match is abandoned after kick-off for any reason
    • If, for any reason, the kick-off is delayed beyond the originally scheduled time
    • The match date remains the same, only the kick-off time is changed
    • If any other details governed by the ticket change
  • The scope of refunds to users will include the ticket price, special sales fees, special charges, system usage fees, and fees related to ticket delivery. Of the fees related to ticket delivery, delivery fees will only be refunded if the ticket has not been delivered. Fees related to payment, transportation fees, accommodation fees, communication fees, etc. will not be refunded.
